Making
Just printed my final brochure and now putting it together.
I'm really happy with the paper choice because it really brings outs the colours more and makes my brochure look nice and clean with a silky finish

Rethinking Colour Exploration

Rethinking the colour palette to suit more with my noodles and my 3 chosen place.
After some research about colour i found red, yellow and orange are suppose to make you hungry which was perfect for my brochure. Also to avoid bright blue as that is suppose to be the opposite.
I decided to look at some of my photos and research to make up some colour palettes and found one which i really liked.
I decided to use a lighter tone for all my chosen colours which solved my problem of my original blue.

From critique i found i had problems with the background image clashing with the text and also got a lot of suggestions to add colour.
I slightly tweaked my background images so it now doesn't clash with my text and added some color to my noodle patterns.
Since adding colour i think my brochure looks much better and is quite happy with the way it looks and flows better now with the changes

Also designed some patterns based off my photography on illustrator which I'm really happy with the way they turned out and going to use them in my brochure

Making some major changes to my brochure from my critique.
Have to re shoot some photos of noodle (make them look more attractive and appealing) and use as my background.

I'm cruising along carrying on to design my brochure making changes here and there starting to turn my illustrations into vectors so it has a cleaner finish and can play around with the sizes with ease.
Mainly looking at the background images and patterns, trying out a lot of different combination and trying to get it right, not quite there yet thou
Planning what to do on my last spread, so far it's probably going to be about noodles , the history of them and why you should eat it
